Mindy Tulsi-Ingram owns Green N Green, a corporate gift giving company.

She chose Sleeping Children around the World for her hattrick project. For almost forty years this charity has provided bed kits for children in 30 developing countries. Each $35 kit includes a mattress, bedding, a towel, a mosquito net, clothes and school supplies for one child.

To pay for her hattrick, she asked clients to accept their invoices electronically rather than by mail. Over 6 months she saved enough to buy several kits.

Finally, Mindy spread the word in her newsletter, blogs and told her story to all her friends.

“It's been a win for everyone. We helped a great charity. My clients were delighted to be part of our hattrick. And our environmental savings continued even after we finished our hattrick,” says Mindy. “I'm ready to do another one!”
